### Core team

#### Ben Hugo — Founder & CEO

Serial entrepreneur and company builder at the intersection of IP, tech and Web3. Founder and CEO of Anonymous Labs, a Web3 venture studio focused on bringing globally recognized entertainment and sports IP into blockchain-native ecosystems.

#### Jo Zhu — CBO

Seasoned global commercial strategist with a proven track record in monetizing premium IP and international partnerships. Currently leading global IP commercialization, licensing, and talent campaigns, driving 8-figure USD revenue pipelines. Founder of Showworks, with direct strategic backing from Chengwei Capital.

#### Max Ma — CTO

Payments and infrastructure expert with deep fintech and Web3 integration experience. Founding member of Alipay and former Head of Global Remittance, responsible for regulated global payment operations.

#### David Christopher

Chief Commercial Director of Banijay Rights PLC, a global IP licensing and distribution group generating approximately $8B annually and managing one of the largest premium entertainment catalogues in the world.

#### Weilin Huang

Weilin Huang is a leading AI scientist with strong credentials in both frontier research and large-scale commercialization. He was Chief Scientist at Malong Technologies, leading applied computer vision productization across enterprise retail and industrial use cases. He later held senior AI leadership roles at Alibaba Group. Now leads Image & Video Generation at ByteDance Seed, building AI systems for global user platforms.

#### Vladimir Maslyakov

Co-Founder and CTO of Blum, a Telegram-native crypto trading ecosystem. As CTO, he led platform architecture and scaling through rapid growth, including 96M+ users onboarded, 1M+ daily traders, and $25B+ cumulative trading volume.
