## Overview

$DOMI is the native utility and governance token of the Dominium protocol. It powers the economic security model, incentivizes participation, and enables decentralized governance.

## Token Utility

### Staking & Access

$DOMI must be staked to access the Dominium marketplace:

| Tier         | Stake Required | Access Level         |
| ------------ | -------------- | -------------------- |
| Explorer     | 100 $DOMI      | Basic marketplace    |
| Professional | 1,000 $DOMI    | Commercial licensing |
| Enterprise   | 10,000 $DOMI   | AI training, API     |
| Validator    | 100,000 $DOMI  | Network validation   |

### Economic Security

Staked $DOMI provides economic guarantees:

* Licenses auto-invalidate if stake drops
* Bad actors face stake slashing
* Aligned incentives across ecosystem

### Governance

$DOMI holders participate in protocol governance:

* Propose protocol upgrades
* Vote on parameter changes
* Shape treasury allocation

### Fee Distribution

Platform fees (10% of transactions) are distributed:

* 20% → Buy-back and burn
* 30% → Staker rewards
* 50% → Protocol treasury
